During our recruitment process, Lannett will never:

  • Contact you through 3rd party messaging services to arrange interviews, and all email communications will come from an @lannett.com email domain and never @outlook.com, @yahoo.com, @gmail.com or any other free, web based private email accounts.
  • Conduct text only interviews through text messaging or Microsoft Teams or other messaging apps. All interviews are conducted live over the phone, by video message and eventually on site at one of our physical locations prior to an offer being made.
  • We will not offer to send you a check payment prior to the start of work, or request you send a check prior to coming onsite to verify bank accounts.
  • Ask you to send personal information such as social security numbers or driver’s licenses, or fill out new hire paperwork like an I-9 or W-4 during the interview stage of our process. You’ll meet live, onsite, in person with someone prior to any of these requests which are made after the offer stage.
